Delete selected Twin Companion data

This is the official PAK BC data-deletion page for the Google Play app Twin Companion. Use it to delete selected personal data while keeping your account. To delete the entire account, use the account-deletion page.

How to submit a data-deletion request

1. Enter the email address connected to your Twin Companion account.
2. Describe exactly which data you want removed.
3. Submit the form and save the confirmation reference.
4. We may contact your account email for limited identity verification.

If submission fails, wait a moment and try again. The form sends the request directly to Twin Companion and does not require an email application.

Data you can ask us to delete

• Conversations, memories, journal entries, and life memos
• Mood, wellness, reminder, and personalization information
• Profile fields, avatar, uploaded images, voice-related content, and generated media
• Closet, fashion, style, device-token, or account-linked usage data

Processing time and retention

We will acknowledge the request and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Deleted information is removed from active systems; residual encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 additional days before being overwritten.

Records required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations may be retained only for the required period.
